FMC Research and Teaching Laboratory

The FMC Research and Teaching Laboratory is part of the CREC Processing pilot plant facility. This lab was established in 1996, through a major gift from FMC FoodTech, Citrus Systems Division with the help of the University of Florida, IFAS and the Florida Department of Citrus. An objective of the FMC lab is to provide contract research capabilities for industry/academic projects.
